Manage App Data

Use this page to request partial deletion or management of data linked to your installId without deleting the whole account.

What You Can Request Here

Deletion of technical history or specific events associated with your installId.
Review or cleanup of referrals, invitations, and support notes.
Partial data management without fully deleting your license record.

In the app, open the Trial and invitations screen. There you can find the installId that identifies your technical record.
